The Ultimate Crab Cake with Mango Salsa

I love seafood. I always wanted to enjoy a crab cake that was actually made of mostly crab. I had attempted to order this from many restaurants all over the country and was never quite satisfied. So, I had to build my own ultimate crab cake from scratch.


Ingredients:
1lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

1 teaspoon
-- turmeric
-- cayenne pepper
-- garlic powder
-- celery salt
-- Worcestershire sauce
-- mayonaise

2 Tablespoon
-- Panko Break Crumbs

1 Bunch of Cilantro

1 Egg

Bake 15 Minutes at 500 Degrees

Mango Salsa

Red Onion
Ripe Mango
Cilantro
1 Clove of Garlic
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
