1 Butternut Squash
12 Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)  -  Tofu for you vegetarians...
Chicken or Vegetable Stock
Coconut Milk
Curry Powder
1 onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
Olive Oil
Fresh Cilantro
Salt / Pepper

Cayenne Pepper
Paprika
Butter
