How To Make Perfect Twice Baked Potatoes

Turkey Bacon
Rosemary

1 Tablespoon of Butter
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Red Onion
Bell Pepper
Chives
Basil Leaves
Bake the potatoes at 400 for 45 minutes.
Slice the potatoes in half and use a spoon or fork to scoop out the potato leaving the skin intact.
Add a 1/4 cup of milk to the potatoes, salt, pepper, cold butter and garlic powder. Mix and make mashed potatoes.
Saute your vegetables (bell pepper, onion and rosemary on medium heat. Add this to your mashed potatoes.
Rub olive oil on the potato skins and season with coarse sea salt. Spoon in the mashed potatoes.
Generously sprinkle cheese and bacon bits onto the potatoes. Bake for another 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
Garnish the potatoes with basil leaves and chives.
