Add Lean Muscle Mass While You Get Ripped
Here is my super inexpensive weight gainer recipe that I use three times a day in my eight to ten hour intermittent fasting window to pack on lean muscle mass while maintaining my abs.
Ingredients:
1 cup of skim milk. 2 percent and above has too much bad fat. I'll show you where to add some good fat from a much cleaner source in a sec.
1/2 cup of oatmeal
2 tablespoons of natural organic peanut butter
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of organic coconut oil
Weight gainers from the store are expensive and not a good value. The above recipe is delicious, inexpensive and an easy to make source of high quality carbs and protein.
At a fraction of the cost you get the calories that your body craves for fast results. You can even add a protein powder for ultimate mass gains superior to that commercial junk that comes with a laundry scooper.
I needed a way to quickly in jest an additional 1500 calories to achieve a leaner bulking phase. This formula did the trick and has worked wonders for me and others that have tried it.
