How To Make Your Own Jamaican Jerk Seasoning at Home


Warning -- Super Duper Hot & Spicy, this will tear your head off and open up those sinuses.

Done right, you'll get an endorphin rush.  This is the absolute best jerk paste you've ever had.

This is way hotter and better than anything you can get from the grocery store like Walkerswood Jerk.  This is a wet rub that is great for making jerk chicken, shrimp, lobster and fish.

Ingredients

Scotch Bonnet peppers or jolokia ghost peppers
( optional trinadad scorpion peppers butch t )
Green Onion
Allspice
Black Pepper
Nutmeg
Salt
Rosemary or Thyme (basically your favorite herbs)
lemon juice

Blend everything together.
Let it sit for about 1/2 hour.  Then you can run on chicken wings, shrimp, etc. for the best tasting island food you've had in your life.
